He has extensive experience of almost 25 years in strategic and operational areas like Business Planning and Budgeting, Cash and Working Capital Management, Transfer Pricing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Financial and Management Accounting, and Reporting as per local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Implementation, SAP Implementation, Cost Controls through operational efficiency, Risk Management, Internal Control, Preparation and Implementation of Policies and Procedures.
