Management Standards

EFKON India has been awarded ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 quality certifications, and ORACLE Gold Level Partner Network membership certificate. These International Standards can be used by internal and external parties, including certification bodies, to assess the organization’s ability to meet customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements that apply to the products, and the organization’s requirements.

International Standards specify requirements for a quality management system where an organization is:

  • Required to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements as well.
  • Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through an effective application of the systems, including processes for continual improvement of the system and toward assurance of conformity to customers along with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
